We are unable to ship to PO Boxes in any state. Furthermore, we will not sell/ship THCA products to states referenced in the THCA State Restriction Schedule:

Shipping Policy:
Shipping for all U.S. orders within the 48 contiguous states. Options will Include delivery, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground depending on the weight of the order.
Most shipments arrive in 2-3 business days. However, some areas may be affected sporadically by severe weather and out of our control resulting in 3-5 business days.
Some orders may be required to be shipped USPS, depending on the purchase.

We may require a signature depending on the size of your order.
We may require additional contact information to confirm your order. For example, a copy of your driver’s license or college ID to verify age and identity.
Returns Policy:
We do not accept returns on consumables, such as gummies.
For other items, you can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 10 days from your delivered date. We will provide store credit or a refund on approved returns. If your purchase is older than 10+ days from delivery, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or store credit.
To complete returns we will require a receipt or a proof of purchase. Depending on your return we may ask for additional information.
You must return items in new and unused condition with all original materials included in the shipment. We inspect all returned items before processing any kind of store credit or refund.
Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or with credit card company. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund. Contact us at support@happytrailshemp.com.
For fulfillment errors and/or defects please provide your order number, Issue details and email it to support@happytrailshemp.com. One of our representatives will be in contact with you within 24-48 business hours.​

Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we may assist you. We do not accept returns, as we do not have a way to confirm that our flowers have not been tampered with (not that we think you would!), but we want our guests to have the safest and most enjoyable time. With that in mind, we believe you should have the best experience possible with us, and we will make things right. Please contact us if for some reason you did not enjoy your product.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
Please notify us immediately if you receive a product that has been damaged in transit within 24 hours of its arrival at your location. We will correct this problem immediately.
SPECIAL ORDER PROGRAM
Our special order program is for cases of items. These cases provide you with a discount for ordering in bulk. However, these cases may not be in stock at the time of order. Instead, they will typically ship from our location to you within a week. You will receive an email with your estimated ship from us to you date is within 1 business day of placing a Special Order. If for some reason there is a delay in your Special Order, you will receive a new estimated ship date via email. We thank you for your patience in receiving Special Orders.

ID VERIFICATION
Please note that Happytrailshemp.com requires every order to verify their age using Age Verification Pro. As part of the process, Age Verification Pro may request a photo verification of your ID. You may also be requested to submit your ID to NoFraud in the event that you meet internal fraud parameters. Please be aware that you have 3 days to provide this information (to Age Verification Pro) or 24 hours (NoFraud), otherwise, your order will be canceled. In addition, your payment method will be reported as a potential fraud or an under-age purchase attempt.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (1 business day for most normal orders, but Special Order products may take up to 10 business days.) Do note that if your order has been placed after our mail order pickup for the day (typically between noon and 3 PM), your package will be unable to be given to the delivery company until the next business day.
In the event your package is returned to us for an incomplete address, failure to pick up the package from your local shipping office, etc, the customer is responsible for re-paying for the shipping fee. Re-payment will first be deducted from your available rewards points, and if there is an outstanding balance it will be billed to you. The package will not re-ship until this outstanding balance has been paid.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@happytrailshemp.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
